Fully developed one (and it is still growing) is corpus processing page. You can read a lot of posts which are mostly corpus processing experiment-based. The page is fully developed. It contains posts about corpus linguistic, machine readable dictionary, and Unitex local grammar graph. Grammar & dictionary repository will be available soon so that u'll be able to download, use, or develop them for corpus processing.
Under download links, there are some softwares that you can download. Most of them aim on enhancing linguistic analysis/language learning. Most of them are also free but you must pay for some others.
